Pathways to Work is an ambitious South Yorkshire programme which helps people to find and stay in employment, as well as supporting employers to discover hidden talent and build their workforces.

Opportunity Sheffield, the employment and skills service within Sheffield City Council, is responsible for carrying out the Pathways to Work programme across the city.

We’re here to help, by running a wide range of community-based employment support projects for jobseekers and working with Sheffield employers on recruitment and training.
