Pathways to Work is about supporting out-of-work people to access good, sustainable jobs, and we know this can’t happen without support from Sheffield’s employer community.
If you’re running a local business and are looking to build your team or develop your workforce, we can help in a variety of ways.
This includes free recruitment support with candidate matching, in-work support to ease the transition into employment, as well as access to a wide range of funded training for your staff.
We can support you to:
